Our Basic 40-Guest Party Package includes the following items:
(1) 20x20 tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces). We offer high-peak frame tents (limited supply) or traditional west-coast frame tents for this package.

(2) additional 8-ft. rectangle tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc.
(40) white metal folding chairs
$471 + tax & delivery Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday.
Upgrade to the Deluxe 40-Person Party Package with white padded garden chairs and white linens an additional $235 + tax
Why is this package perfect for you?
You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.
Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
